What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by credit card or paypal. Sorry, we don't accept orders over the phone and we are not able to accept cash, cheque, wire transfer or money order.

Attention International Buyers

U.S. Post Office provides a generous estimate for international delivery. Delays may be due to if your country has experienced severe weather, civil unrest, or postal strikes. Please contact your post office if this occurs with the customs form number that will be provided to your invoice once dispatched. We do not profit on international shipping costs. Shipping costs are based on the weight and size of the package posted for your country. We cover additional shipping costs in most cases where the shipping costs exceed what the customer actually paid. That's generous of us you say? Yes we know! We will not come knocking at your door asking you to pay any additional amounts after your order is placed. A customs form number will be provided for all international orders. The customs form number can track packages up to some extent depending on your postal system.

Do you ship to APO or FPO addresses?

Yes, we ship to APO and FPO addresses. Please note that as these items will be rerouted to your mysterious location, please allow a little leeway for the packet as it's going on a secret journey.

How will this be shipped?

We ship via the USPS mail. Our rates are based on your location and the weight and size of your package. Discounted shipping will be applied at checkout.

How do I track my package?

For U.S. orders the tracking number will be saved to your invoice. You may contact us at any time to track your package. For international orders a custom form number will be saved to your invoice.

Returns & Exchanges

You messed up! My shirt is broken or is entirely incorrect!

If you received something other than what you ordered, We sincerely apologize. Mistakes are rare and we will correct the issue fast. You may contact us at orders@lastearth.net

How do I exchange a shirt I purchased?

Unworn/unwashed shirts can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure the condition of the item is as you received and the hang tag is on and print our Exchange / Returns form and mail the item back with the returns form filled out to arrange the exchange process. Customer is responsible for shipping. If you are unsure what size to order please view our size chart which is provided in every product page.

Ordering

How can I make a change to my order?

If you made a mistake on your order or would just like to change something, please email us at orders@lastearth.net and let us know. If your order has not been shipped out yet, we should be able to make the change for you. Please include the name, email, address used to place the order and what you would like done.

Why didn't I receive a confirmation email?

It is possible your email server marked us as spam. If you have any questions please contact us support@lastearth.net with your name and email address and we will pull up your order and give you an update.

Do you ever run out of stock?

No. In the event your item is out of stock it should only take us only 1-2 business days to get your item and have shipped out as soon as we receive.
